Journal entry for November 016

October has been an eventful month!

Doing voluntary work, traveling and working on projects have all been part of last month’s schedule and they were fulfilled. It’s funny how when there’s so much more to do, days end up being longer and it becomes possible to be more productive

The best things usually happen when you least expect them to – I met incredible people who all share a similar mindset. They made me feel rejuvenated, educated, empowered and inspired. I haven’t been able to feel this way for such a long time now. I’m glad to have come across such wonderful souls.

November will probably be equally busy, considering that I’ve already planned out most of it since last month. Numerous conferences and events will be taking place, now that the weather is slowly (but surely) becoming better in Dubai.

  • I can say I’m doing a great job with giving up on eating chicken – it’s been something I had been wanting to do for a long while and I’ve gotten the hang of it.
  • I’ve gained a lot of insight from traveling and meeting like-minded people who have encouraged and helped me with having a focus in life.
  • I’m planning on mastering skills and spending some time practicing them. Having a lot of interests is great but it can get in the way of becoming an expert at something.
